The SoCal and NorCal chapters of INC (Impalas ‘n Caprices) joined forces to put together the first official INC-sponsored car show since being established in Cali. The event was held at Leadbetter Beach in Santa Barbara with INC members traveling from as far as Houston and Atlanta to attend along with members from Cali SS & Sin City SS.
