GPS systems are a dime a dozen these days- Hell, on “Black Friday” you could buy one at Bed Bath and Beyond (Don’t ask how we know.) But while systems have become much more affordable, they haven’t gotten much easier to use. That is until a company called Virtual Cable perfects their latest technology. As simulated in the picture above, VC’s innovative new twist will incorporate a “heads-up” display that projects a beam onto the upcoming route. The company says the system will “cost somewhere around $400 as a factory-installed option, and can be easily interfaced with existing GPS systems.”
Though still under development, Virtual Cable’s Website shows video on how the technology will work.
