On Monday, December 3rd, Dodge dealers began taking deposits for the all-new 2008 Challenger. Just a few days later, news is that this latest edition to the throwback-style American muscle craze received a staggering 6,000 preorders- with over 4,300 placed on the first day. Only problem is that Dodge has only committed to building 5,000 Challengers for 2008. If that production schedule sticks, a good amount of people are going to be waiting over a year for their Hemi-powered upgrade.
If you slept, we at least got some new detail shots- maybe they’ll hold you over til 2009?
