Germany Gets Into The Camaro Game

Deutschland-tuned 'Maro is made to draw in European eyes.

Modified Camaros aren’t exactly rare on this side of the Atlantic, but in other parts of the world, odds are good you won’t come across any kind of ‘Maro all that often. Clearly, though, that’s not due to a lack of qualified professionals willing to take a crack at it, as the car above proves.

Put together by Germany’s GeigerCars, this Camaro SS (clad in puke green—no, seriously, it’s called “bilious” green, as in bile) makes 564 horsepower and 448 lb-ft of torque thanks to a supercharger mounted on the 6.2 liter V8. Combined with a modified engine computer and transmission, the car known as the Camaro Super Sport HP 564 will reportedly run from 0 to 6 in 4.2 seconds and top out at 189 miles per hour, fast enough to earn it a slot on the left lane of the autobahn.

Those sick-looking black rims are only 20 inchers, so even though we can’t find a mention of it, we’re assuming this Camaro’s been slammed a bit, given its nice stance. While the paint is a bit bright for us (hasn’t Europe heard of candy yet?), all in all, this is one ‘Maro we wouldn’t mind having some fun with. Nice job, Germany! [Shout-out to Jalopnik!]
