Custom Apexi N1 EXV coilovers stiffen the ride of the Coupe, while a Progress Technology 24mm rear sway bar changes the handling characteristics to promote oversteer. 0-60’s builder, Design Craft, fabricated custom camber plates to help dial in an alignment more suited for drifting and also built two custom 5mm aluminum spacers to increase steering angle—quite possibly the most important mod to a drift car. On the outside, the Genesis Coupe has been given the carbon treatment. An APR GTC 300 wing adorns the trunk lid, Formula 3 Mirrors streamline the side of the car while an APR splitter and diffuser sit front and back. On the inside, a Design Craft roll cage has been installed along with two Sparco R100 sport seats and Sparco five-point harnesses. The steering wheel has been replaced with a Monza 63mm dish wheel to provide the driver better control while drifting. And to capture the moment at opposite lock, Go Pro on-board HERO cameras have been fitted throughout the Coupe. ![]() |
