In consideration of participating in the “Chamillionaire Fly My Ride” Contest (the "Contest") and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant to Harris Publications, Inc., Chamillionaire, and Fly Rydes Shop, the irrevocable right and permission to use my entry and video materials (collectively referred to herein as “Video Submission”), and my name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and/or any statements made by me regarding the Contest or Sponsor (collectively, “my Likeness”) for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation. Such rights shall include, without limitation, the right to adapt, crop, revise, retouch and edit my Video Submission (including my Likeness therein) and to publish and distribute the Video Submission, in any media, including for the purposes of a Rides Magazine article.

I certify the following with respect to my Video Submission: (a) I am the sole and exclusive owner of the Video Submission; (b) the Video Submission is my own creation and is 100% original and I own all rights in and to the Video Submission, including copyright; (c) the Video Submission will not infringe or conflict with the rights of any third parties; and (d) I am the owner of the vehicle featured in the Video Submission. I acknowledge and agree that my Video Submission will be posted on Sponsor’s web sites and I hereby agree to the use of my Video Submission on Sponsor’s web sites in perpetuity.

I hereby agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Harris Publications, Inc., Chamillionaire, Fly Rydes Shop and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, whatsoever, arising from the use of my Video Submission and/or my Likeness in accordance with the terms hereof.

I have read and understand the Contest’s Official Rules located on , and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions’ of judges, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
