Some guys go to Jared’s, others opt for fancy getaways, but Moses of West Miami, Florida, chose to dedicate a Donk to his loving wife, Adriana, who has given him five beautiful young’uns in addition to years of support. Thankfully for Moses, he had the funds on deck and South Florida heavyweight I-95 Motorsports on his side so his affection would be undeniable.

With the simple objective in mind of pleasing his wife, Moses turned to his personal ’73 Impala—typically reserved for doing doughnuts and romping around town in—and handed over the keys to Kenny and the gang at I-95 with one very simple instruction: “Make it pink.”

“All I told them was that I wanted it to be pink for my wife, and they went crazy with it,” explains Moses. “I saw the East Coast Ryders DVDs, and I wanted something like that but with more of a twist. I-95 gave me some ideas, and I thought about it and talked it over with my wife, and we did it.”

On top of the Miami Pink coating, I-95 added a lowrider influence with custom silver-leaf pinstriping to bring a little West Coast flavor to this Down South build. I-95 also installed a rare Phantom-style grille, completely covering the headlights with pink headlight buckets peeking out from behind.

Under the hood, there’s nothin’ but pink and chrome. I-95 gutted the original power plant for a GM 572 crate motor and tuned it up to Moses’s driving style. In addition to the expensive internals, no expense was spared on the aesthetics, with chromed accessories and fender wells, a shaved firewall and a sick custom-painted air cleaner to top it off.

For the shoes, Moses copped a set of staggered 26-inch Forgiato Martellatos with painted and chromed accents, wrapped in Toyo tires. Behind the unique five stars are custom Aerospace Components disc brakes not only to add the visual value but also to bring the big boat to a screeching halt.

The interior, which is Adriana’s favorite part of the cheeky Impala, is a model of ingenuity, with custom quad bucket seats covered in stingray, as well as a wild fiberglass-molded dash with fiberglass speaker pods strategically placed throughout the cabin. To top off the interior, one of the first Forgiato steering wheels ever produced aids Moses and Adriana in bending those Miami corners.

After two years of construction, Moses & Adriana’s rosé ride is finally complete and has made its rounds at car shows, in showrooms and on expressways, raising eyebrows, getting props and spreadin’ a little love.
